We are thrilled to announce that thanks to the incredible support from the Washington Iowa Lions Club in 2023, our United Flyball League International (U-FLI) Scholarship Program is gaining unprecedented momentum!
Organizations and clubs across North America are eager to join this noble cause, recognizing the profound impact it has on the lives of our flyball youth. We are excited to share that the Washington Iowa Lions Club has pledged again and upped their donation to $500, which U-FLI has matched to kickstart the program. This sets the stage for others to follow suit.
A special thanks to Judy Hagen, the owner of Hawkeye Hustlers, who is the driving force behind the U-FLI Scholarship Program. Judy inspired the creation of this program and facilitated the partnership between the Washington Lions Club and U-FLI. Her club, the Hawkeye Hustlers, also generously contributed $100 to support the initiative.
But wait, there’s more! On the Flip Side has made a generous donation of $500, igniting a wave of generosity. Inspired by their kindness, Rocket Relay has matched their contribution with another $500, doubling the impact of our scholarship program!
