Tournament fees (to be paid by host club):

| Standard & Variety 1-Day Event | $25 per team entered |
| Standard & Variety 1 Event Over Multiple Days | $35 per team entered |
| Pairs | $15 per team entered |
| Singles | $10 per team entered |
| Pre-Flight Singles | $10 per team entered |
| Club Pre-Flight | $15 per club entered |
Note: A minimum fee of $450 will be assessed per event weekend.
